Job Title: Director, HRBP

At SPINS, we're seeking a seasoned HR leader to join our team as a Director, HRBP. As a key member of our PeopleOps team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our organization's human resources strategy and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

About the Role:

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in HR leadership. As a Director, HRBP, you'll be responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating HR initiatives that support our organization's mission and talent strategy. This includes:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership to understand our organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Developing and implementing policies, processes, training, and initiatives to support our human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Administering or overseeing the administration of human resource programs, including talent acquisition, recruitment, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, recognition, and employee engagement.
  • Identifying recruiting needs and developing best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Conducting research and analysis of organizational trends and monitoring our organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Proficient with MS Office and HCM/ATS platforms.
