Job Title: Executive Assistant

Bader Law, a leading law firm in Atlanta, seeks an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our C-suite executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to C-suite executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Manage multiple calendars, coordinate schedules, and make travel arrangements as required.
  • Screen visitors, telephone calls, emails, and regular mail, providing information and resolving issues for staff, other organizations, and the public.
  • Process and track personnel action forms and evaluations.
  • Provide administrative support for boards, committees, or other meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, packets, and related documentation.
  • Manage the implementation and distribution of department directives given by assigned Executive Leader.
  • Prepare detailed-oriented and often confidential correspondence, reports, forms, invitations, and specialized documents from drafts and notes.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including job-related computer hardware and software applications, facsimile equipment, and multi-line telephones.
  • Research, compile, and/or monitor administrative or statistical data pertaining to department operations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience: Proven record of supporting C-suite executives for over 5 years.
  • Advanced Excel and Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating detailed Excel spreadsheets and compelling presentations.
  • Impeccable Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities with ease.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record in overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
