Job Summary

The Quality Control Inspector (QC)/Inline Auditor is responsible for evaluating completed products for conformance to work instructions, customer requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate setup and components submitted for 1st Piece approval using Component Process Specification (CPS) requirements
  • Perform periodic inspections at the LRT (In-line Auditing)
  • Provide feedback to operators and technicians on product acceptance or rejection
  • Provide feedback to Production and Process Engineering regarding processing issues
  • Conduct inspections at processing workstations
  • Other inspection duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Micross processes and component handling
  • Familiarity with inspection equipment such as microscopes, measurement tools
  • Attention to detail to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Ability to follow work instructions
  • Maintain proper documentation on traveler and electronic data entry
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer focus
