Mental Health Professional Job Summary

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at MCI-Shirley in Shirley, MA. As a Mental Health Professional, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality mental health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis stabilization and complete intakes and on-going evaluations
  • Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and work collaboratively with the medical team to determine overall treatment for each individual
  • Perform risk assessments of inmates and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects
  • Provide timely and excellent documentation skills
Requirements:
  • Must be a Licensed, Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinician with a LCSW, LPC, or equivalent license
  • Graduation from a Masters level program
  • Minimum of one year employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent
  • Must receive a satisfactory background investigation report
