We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Courtesy Vehicle Valet at Longo Lexus. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all loan vehicles are properly cleaned, gassed, and prepared for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Installs license plates on new LCCS units and prepares them for delivery to our guests.
- Removes stickers and plastic covers from new LCCS units and ensures they are in pristine condition.
- Cleans and prepares the interior of each loan vehicle, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and checking for any trash or debris.
- Ensures that every washed loan car has at least half a tank of gas and is ready for the next morning.
- Inspects each vehicle for any damage or issues and notifies our Loan Car Representative and Security team accordingly.
- May assist the Loan Car Representative with vehicle handovers and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of six months customer service experience is desired.
- Ability to work well with the public, read and comprehend instructions, and coordinate activities with other employees.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
