Job Title: Sales Manager

Next Level Impacts is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our direct sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and developing business plans to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage Sales Team: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to achieve sales objectives.
  • Business Planning: Develop business plans for team growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Management: Collaborate with functional teams to exceed customer expectations and manage client relationships.
  • Sales Process: Utilize and lead with the company's sales process to drive sales growth.
  • Performance Management: Conduct monthly performance reviews and accurate forecasts to ensure team success.
  • Technology and Tools: Stay updated with new technology, including software, social media tools, and Excel, to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of successful sales team leadership, preferably in a related field such as hardware, IT, software, or services sales.
  • Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and activity quotas, track record of developing and retaining sales talent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, talking on the phone, and using various computer tools and applications.
  • Travel: Occasional travel for client site visits.
