- Manage and monitor staff functions, including selection, training, development, performance evaluation, discipline, termination, and salary/status change recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of outside sales or related work experience, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of direct sales practices and consumer education of products and services.
- Experience with cable or telecommunications services.
