Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team, including setting clear expectations and holding employees accountable for meeting sales targets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of outside sales or related work experience, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong technical and computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of direct sales practices and consumer education of products and services.
  • Experience with cable or telecommunications services.
