Sales Team Lead

Sales Managers are responsible for driving studio sales growth, membership renewals, and ancillary service revenue by developing strategic new customer outreach, in-club leads, and securing member referrals.
Under the guidance of a General Manager and with the support of a CycleBar Experience team, Sales Managers must demonstrate leadership qualities in all areas of the business.
Sales Managers must build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster a strong ambassadorship and retain members.

- Studio Operations and Maintenance
- 2+ years of Retail/Service Sales or Fitness Sales Experience
- Confident in Generating Personal Sales and Training Sales Reps
- Ability to Manage and Drive 2 Revenue Streams
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Excel in a Fast-Changing Environment
- Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Trustworthy and Ability to Handle Confidential Information
- Ability to Work Harmoniously with Co-Workers, Clients, and the General Public
