We are seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Golden Corral. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet guests as they enter the restaurant, offer assistance, and provide a sincere invitation to return as guests leave.
- Process GC On the Go To-Go orders, handle payments accurately, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Be friendly and courteous on the phone, and have a full knowledge of menu and prices.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
- Help ensure the buffet is set up properly, labels are correct, and all buffets and surrounding areas are clean.
- Follow local health department laws and perform duty roster to ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
- Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
- Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
