Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team at the Icebox Boutique at Saks Fifth Avenue in Phipps Plaza. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and managing the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry merchandise in a luxury brand environment
- Meet or exceed personal and boutique sales goals and CRM targets
- Develop and implement a strategic schedule for the boutique location
- Manage the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Maintain Icebox standards, including replenishment and presentation, as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of the store
- Develop and maintain a successful CRM by capturing client information
- Handle customer transactions professionally, efficiently, and accurately
- Navigate POS systems and process sales
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist in updating social media channels with new offerings
