Overview

As a manager in training, you'll learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You'll be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.

Responsibilities

We're seeking candidates with a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field. You'll be responsible for:

  • Mastering the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch
  • Cultivating new business and developing your team
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
