Job Title: Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support sales efforts by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Assist with store operations, including receiving and processing merchandise, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting and reconciling cash, processing deposits, and securing the store.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
