Position Overview

Vaco Boston is collaborating with our esteemed client to recruit a Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance their team. In this capacity, you will engage with the Quality Assurance divisions to evaluate their tangible products prior to market introduction. A keen eye for detail is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments related to product excellence.
  • Engage in various testing methodologies, including performance evaluations, durability assessments, and other designated system analyses.
  • Implement testing protocols for new products and components to support product innovation and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
  • Document and categorize quality metrics in suitable digital formats and communicate findings to management.
  • Facilitate training for new permanent and temporary staff on appropriate testing techniques and data documentation standards.
  • Diagnose performance discrepancies and link unusual behaviors to potential underlying causes.
