Adecco is partnering with a leading food production company to recruit for Quality Assurance Specialists. This position is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professional development.
The role operates on a rotating 12-hour schedule:
Day Shift: 7am-7pm
Night Shift: 7pm-7am
Compensation: Starting at $25 per hour
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance/control or laboratory settings within the food sector is preferred, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and make independent decisions swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of raw materials and packaging.
- Oversee in-process inspections and review documentation for finished products.
- Perform various standard tests and assays.
- Assist in training line operators to ensure accurate and timely process checks.
- Support laboratory operations to maintain high standards of product quality.
- Maintain logs and records related to job functions.
- Retain samples of finished goods and organize daily sensory panels.

Compensation Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
