Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team at Dragados. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures and standards for document management, including document development, approval, distribution, and amendment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with staff, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers as a liaison with project entities.
  • Maintain the project Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) and ancillary systems for document record and retention.
  • Manage timely submission of RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and claims internally and externally, maintaining associated logs and distribution.
  • Manage metadata parameters for file naming and distribution, meeting project requirements related to OCR.
  • Primary user of the Owner EDMS system, responsible for training material and training personnel accessing the project EDMS system.
  • May manage, train, and develop document control specialists.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in document management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in an engineering and/or construction environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Bluebeam Revu, etc.).
Salary Range

$100,000-$140,000
