Vacation Sales Consultant

About the RoleThis position requires an individual who can excel in executing their responsibilities aligned with our Spirit of Service culture, driving company success through exceptional performance.
- Maximize sales efficiency while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
- Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
- Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales lines through mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results.
- Maintain a professional image that embodies the HGV standards of integrity, quality, and service excellence.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a proven track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales, be able to work a flexible schedule, and hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
