Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Timeshare Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that In-House and Action Line sales reach maximum potential and meet or exceed targeted net sales volume for the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and implement new policies and processes that drive business results.
- Foster a culture of teamwork among Sales Management, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Client Relations, Contracts Processors, and Administrative staff.
- Lead morning meetings alongside Sales Managers to set daily priorities and objectives.
- Review and refine current sales policies, providing training and communication to Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Leaders to ensure understanding and make necessary revisions based on business needs.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of new contracts according to current policy.
- Provide guidance and support to Sales Executives in closing sales and counsel them on presentation techniques during sales tours.
- Assume additional duties as needed to meet and exceed Company goals in response to changing business requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A High School diploma or equivalent
It would be advantageous to have:
- 2+ years of experience supervising, training, and empowering individuals in direct sales
- 2+ years of proven front-to-back sales experience within timeshare sales
- Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience
