Case Manager - Child and Adolescent Mental Health
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents struggling with mental health challenges? As a Case Manager at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of essential services to our diverse client populations facing mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans
- Coordinate with service providers and offer counseling
- Intervene during crises and provide comprehensive support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling
- At least one year of experience in case management services
- Valid Virginia Driver's License
