Job Summary

Benevolent Family Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our treatment team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality mental health services to adults with serious mental health issues, troubled children, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial screenings, intakes, and diagnostic impressions to identify service needs.
  • Complete and submit required documentation, including SRA and DMAS forms, within designated timeframes.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Director and other team members to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions.
  • Provide outpatient therapy services in the office and community, including case management and advocacy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date individual records and prepare required session notes.
Requirements
  • Must be registered as an LPC or LCSW and maintain an active licensure or be license eligible.
  • Prefer three years of experience providing mental health treatment to adults with serious mental health issues, troubled children, and families.
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of principles and techniques of individual, youth, and family counseling.
