Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including managing promotions, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including managers, servers, and kitchen staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, with at least 2 years as a general manager.

  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, financial management, and customer service.
