About the Role

PSA Airlines is seeking a skilled Tech Analyst to join our Tech Ops team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the efficient resolution of aircraft discrepancies, ensuring operational reliability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve superior results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical services to return out-of-service aircraft to service, including identifying technical data and developing action plans.
  • Develop and implement technical action plans to resolve repetitive discrepancies on aircraft, working closely with Reliability Engineering and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with Maintenance controllers, Maintenance, Tech Services Engineering, Supply Chain, and Reliability Engineering to achieve superior reliability results.
  • Facilitate technical data exchange between OEM MHIRJ and PSA frontline personnel to resolve repetitive aircraft discrepancies.
  • Monitor fleet operations to drive revisions in Tech Data and memorialize "lesson learned" to achieve superior reliability results.
  • Provide 24/7 technical assistance to company personnel to increase technical competency.
  • Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in troubleshooting aircraft in transport category type aircraft.
  • At least 2 years in aircraft maintenance or avionics experience.
  • Advanced aircraft maintenance analytical and troubleshooting skills required.
  • Current FAA "Airframe and Powerplant" license or equivalent engineering experience.
  • Strong ability in the use of technical data such as wiring manuals, structural repair manuals, and engineering repairs.
  • Strong communication and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to speak/read/write in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Technical Degree.
