Inventory Oversight : Responsible for managing inventory by receiving, issuing, returning, adjusting, and overseeing stock items. Handle parts and kits for preventive maintenance and corrective work orders, manage minimum and maximum stock levels, update critical spare parts inventory, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, generate reports, and ensure accurate inventory levels in the iMaint or SAP database. iMaint / SAP Database Specialist: Update and schedule work orders in iMaint and the tracking system, receive parts in SAP or iMaint, and create or modify parts pick lists. The planner is tasked with maintaining the integrity of the iMaint and tracking software data files, ensuring all information entered is accurate and complete. Maintenance Operations: Generate weekly preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance schedules, distributing work orders to the appropriate maintenance staff. Print and distribute corrective repair and emergency work orders to technicians, ensure completion of work orders, and reconcile results in the iMaint database. Report on work order completion rates. Planning & Scheduling : Develop, organize, and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Create weekly work schedules and assist the Maintenance Supervisor in prioritizing tasks. Adjust schedules as necessary following planning meetings or discussions with the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager. Maintain an up-to-date backlog of work orders and review the weekly schedule with the Maintenance Supervisor prior to the workweek. Incorporate any recommended changes into the published schedules.
