Job Title: Audit Services Supervisor

Trinity Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for supervising daily functions, providing clear direction, and managing/advancing people, processes, structures, and/or programs that support direct/indirect care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and execute audit activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Coordinate audit activities performed by department personnel serving Trinity Health Ministries.
  • Develop the Annual Work Plan in collaboration with the Audit Manager, Director, and Vice President.
  • Plan and perform or supervise internal audits of Trinity Health.
  • Prepare verbal and written reports to management on audit activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationship responsibility for assigned Trinity Health Ministries.
  • Provide direct supervision to Senior and Staff Auditors on specific assignments.
  • Provide indirect administrative responsibility for Senior and Staff Auditors as needed.
  • Develop and utilize audit tools to ensure effective and efficient audit processes.
  • Develop and serve as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) in select areas, maintaining SMR knowledge level, presenting in-service training, developing training materials, and addressing department or Ministry inquiries.
  • Assist the Manager of Audit Services in establishing and implementing strategies to facilitate the accomplishment of department goals and objectives, and to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, information technology, or other related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of progressively more responsible combined public accounting, internal audit, regulatory compliance, and/or financial/IT operations experience.
  • Experience supervising and managing people, including progressive leadership experience of leading a team.
  • Experience employing audit techniques, including data analytics.
  • Experience communicating observations verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with computers, including MicroSoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
