About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plasma Center Supervisor to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee employee performance and scheduling to ensure seamless operations
  • Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with donors to resolve concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Analyze opportunities for improvement in non-conforming events and implement corrective actions
  • Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas to ensure compliance and quality
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
  • Frequent bending and reaching, ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with prolonged glove wear
