Job Summary:

This seasonal receiving clerk will be responsible for maintaining pallet tracking, auditing driver logs and trip reports, and tracking DOT requirements. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, track return goods, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various office and administrative duties, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fuel reconciliation, and office supplies.
  • Audit logs and trip reports, maintain files, and provide customer service.
  • Maintain route books, interface with drivers, and assist with driver coverage.
  • Involve the safety team as required.
  • Prioritize workload and adjust based on position requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and complete other projects assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of general office experience required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
  • AS400 experience preferred.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
