Job Title: Regional Safety Trainer

As a Regional Safety Trainer at Asplundh, you will play a critical role in implementing, maintaining, and conducting safety and technical training programs for regional personnel. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Regional Safety Supervisor with job site safety audits, communicating and enforcing regional and corporate policies and procedures, and working under the direct supervision of the Region Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with the Line Clearance Qualification Standard (LCQS)
  • Conduct safety audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Regional Safety Supervisor to ensure effective training programs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid DOT Medical Card required
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred
  • Ability to climb trees and operate specialized equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
