Job Overview

We are in search of a proactive Strategic Human Resources Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support to our esteemed clients. This pivotal role will focus on formulating and implementing a talent strategy that aligns seamlessly with organizational objectives, while collaborating with HR Operations and Talent Management teams to drive success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Align HR initiatives with overarching business goals.
  • Provide insights on organizational effectiveness, development, coaching, and talent management.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at transforming HR practices.
  • Devise and propose solutions in areas such as staffing, employee communication, talent development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
  • Facilitate business growth through effective succession planning and talent readiness.
  • Ensure optimal organizational design and staffing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business leaders on talent reviews, organizational assessments, career development, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to address current and future talent requirements.
  • Oversee significant HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with over 15 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Demonstrated success in HR leadership and/or HRBP roles.
  • Experience in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in developing and executing HR strategies.
  • Familiarity with geographically diverse and matrix organizational structures.
  • Strong business insight and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and influencing abilities.
  • Proficient in coaching, consulting, and facilitation.
  • Leadership experience in project teams and change management.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
  • U.S. citizenship is required; candidates may be subject to a government security investigation.
  • Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory.
