Job Overview

Imagineers LLC, a reputable Property Management Company in Hartford, is seeking an Office Support Clerk to provide general office support and handle heavy telephone and office traffic related to the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

This role involves front desk activities, typing, filing paperwork, and maintaining the file room, as well as delivering and retrieving files from the City of Hartford and other housing agencies. Approximately 12 hours per week may be utilized to cover the switchboard and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Candidates must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate responsibility, reliability, and maturity
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Some experience in public housing or Section 8 is beneficial
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a fully insured motor vehicle
