Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Site Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, welcoming tenants with inquiries and walk-ins.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems, faxing, and mailing.
  • Retrieve documents from the filing system and handle requests for information and data.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the manager/supervisor.
  • Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Tenant-related matters, including collecting rent, inputting and tracking work orders, and walking the property to post or deliver notices.
  • Special projects and reporting as needed to the manager/supervisor.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in an office environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma required; Affordable Housing experience a plus.
  • Candidate must carry a professional demeanor and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Salary Range: $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
