Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Technical Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts in developing new markets and further penetrating existing accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual looking to grow our business within the mechanical contracting, general contracting, construction, property management, healthcare, industrial accounts, IT, and other markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate new relationships with customers and further penetrate existing accounts
  • Lead our expansion efforts in new markets and territories
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to customers throughout the market area
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years proven outside sales track record
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, marketing, or business preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and follow-through techniques
  • Leadership skills with an inner desire for a high level of achievement
  • Experienced user of Excel, Windows, Outlook, CRM, and related computer skills
