Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Description:

Talento Search Group is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a direct-hire position that offers a unique opportunity to build long-term business relationships and drive sales growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through business development and outside sales techniques
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through account management techniques
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market
Experience Needed:
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Must have experience in the pump service industry
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present information to clients
  • Ability to analyze market data and customer information to identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and secure profitable contracts
  • Technical sales knowledge is preferred, as it will enable effective communication of product features and benefits
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
