  • Staff and schedule team members to ensure that the store is adequately staffed during peak periods and to control labor costs.
  • Ensure that cash handling procedures are followed and that inventory levels are maintained.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a fast-paced retail or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
