Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and hire top talent, ensuring compliance with FLSA regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Manage the HRIS system, processing employee changes and participating in system upgrades as needed.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, tracking staff progress and ensuring completion of required training and 90-day reviews.
