The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition management. They will oversee the recruitment process, work closely with hiring managers and the HR Generalist to identify program needs, ensure budgets align with hiring plans, and decide on proactive outreach plans.

Our Director will manage the onboarding and separation process for all incoming and departing employees, ensuring all departments are aware of staffing changes. They will ensure the quality of new hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement.

The successful candidate will schedule and conduct exit interviews with separating employees, provide critical feedback to the administrative team, and better the operations of the organization.

They will optimize data quality by conducting regular audits and ensuring employee data is kept up to date and accurate. They will prepare for site visits by coordinating reviews of personnel files and all pertinent Human Resource records.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience, specifically in Human Resources, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition and Management. Excellent oral and written communication skills, Spanish language fluency is a strong asset.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible and collaborative spirit. Experience working effectively and collaboratively with diverse and remote staff regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ability and socio-economic circumstance.
