Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Terex safety protocols and guidelines
  • Promote and embody The Terex Way Values
  • Work on diverse equipment including truck-mounted aerial platforms, digger derricks, and cranes
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Manage your own schedule while assisting customers with repairs
  • Utilize current technology to enhance daily work functions

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic mechanical toolset (sockets, wrenches, battery-operated impact gun)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with heavy machinery or utility equipment
  • Must be located within 60 miles of Seattle, WA
  • Ability to obtain a DOT qualification
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screenings

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 5+ years in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Background in customer service
  • Experience with utility-type equipment
  • Fluid Power Society certification

Extensive Knowledge of Terex Products:
  • e.g., Hi-Ranger, Telelect
  • Experience with JLG or Genie equipment
  • Basic computer proficiency

Work Environment Considerations:


Must be prepared to work varied hours, including evenings, and be on the road three to four nights per week. The role requires the ability to climb ladders and maneuver around vehicles, work in diverse weather conditions, tolerate heights, and lift or push up to 40 lbs.


Salary:
The compensation range for this position is $36.50 - $48.75 hourly, based on various factors including education, experience, and certifications.
