Key Responsibilities- Install and erect batch and mixing equipment, ensuring all components are properly aligned and secured.
- Verify equipment on site and staged, ensuring all necessary materials are present and accounted for.
- Conduct daily and weekly progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with the Field Services Manager to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Proven experience in construction, mechanical installation, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering assembly drawings and specifications.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and measurements accurately.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as telescoping forklifts and aerial lifts.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
This role requires extensive travel (80-90%) to various job sites, with durations ranging from 1-3 weeks. Non-union environment.
