Job Title: Key Account Manager

LACROIX - Electronics is a leading international industrial group that supports its customers in building and managing intelligent living ecosystems. We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the commercial development of our Automotive segment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in developing existing strategic customer accounts in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum annual portfolio of $5M and a proven track record of providing additional services and custom products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to grow sales and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create commercial offers, lead the contracting phase, and negotiate programs.
  • Ensure financial follow-up and risk management of customer portfolios, including profitability, payment deadlines, and quality disputes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing existing strategic customer accounts in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in the automotive manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in providing additional services and custom products to customers.
