Residential Transition Specialist

Position Overview: The Commercial & Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking two (2) qualified Residential Transition Specialists to enhance our Property Management division. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in managing property operations during staff shortages, providing essential support, and facilitating training for Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Leasing Agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide staff while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing regulations and landlord/tenant laws.
- Oversee the functionality of properties and manage daily operations.
- Provide training for new Property Managers and assist in emergency situations.
- Ensure properties are maintained to high standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience in property management.
- Ability to assist in training staff on company protocols and software.
- Collaborate with the Residential Transition Specialist and Training Department to develop training materials.
- Manage property coverage during staff transitions and vacancies.
- Analyze property functionality and report any issues to management.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing training documentation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in crisis management and emergency preparedness.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $30.00/hr (Dependent on Experience)
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Additional Compensation: Monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for business travel.
