As a Media Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the team on day-to-day projects, translating strategies into effective video plans, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advanced video offerings in the marketplace, including streaming video and addressable TV.
  • Meet with vendors to discuss product roadmaps and agency requirements.
  • Build deep relationships with our clients and promote a culture of shared learning and collaboration.
  • Deliver high-quality video planning for our clients, providing a thorough understanding of how advanced video can achieve their objectives and goals.
  • Partner with digital precision teams to execute and maintain campaigns.
  • Develop and encourage staff to grow, teaching analytical skills and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Four-year college education in a relevant field.
  • Five to seven years of experience in media planning and/or buying, with at least three years of online experience.
  • Familiarity with Atlas and comparable ad serving technology.
  • Strong understanding of the streaming video environment and the media planning process.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to teach analytical skills to staff.
