Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Be Strong International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering HR services to the business, ensuring operational excellence in HR offerings and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Life Cycle: Manage employee data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and reporting changes.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll, handle direct deposit requests, and ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Conduct routine employee relations matters, track and monitor case activities, and establish effective working relationships with managers.
  • HR Analytics: Produce HR analytics to report on people initiatives and trends, and maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys and scheduling individual pay actions.
  • Organizational Design: Ensure timely execution of agreed organizational designs, including employee changes, flex work, mobility, separations, and communications.
Requirements:
  • Four (4) years minimum demonstrated experience supporting Senior Business Partners with a clear understanding of HR tasks.
  • Experience providing HR support to other leaders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Must have experience running payroll and understanding basic employment laws in Florida.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Experience working with Employee databases or systems such as BambooHR, Ultipro, Paylocity, Oracle, ADP, PeopleSoft, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) are essential for this role, especially listening for understanding and the learned ability to chart the course using a variety of communication mediums.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience in creating presentations and organizational charts.
  • Human Resource experience should include familiarity with and experience in recruitment, employee relations, and employee communications.
Physical Demands:

This position is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear. The position requires extensive computer use, so the employee must have sufficient hand dexterity to use a computer keyboard and be capable of reading a computer screen.
