We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing employee relations, and driving business growth through talent acquisition and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent to drive business success
  • Liaise between employees and management to ensure seamless communication and resolve conflicts
  • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and reports to inform business decisions
  • Host job fairs and open houses to enhance the hiring experience and drive recruitment
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and development opportunities to drive growth and success
  • Research industry standards and best practices to inform compensation and benefits strategies
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards to drive hiring success
  • Supervise all HR activities, communications, and reports to ensure seamless execution

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Minimum 2 years of HR management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive knowledge of onboarding processes and recruiting
  • Able to commute to the Miami area
  • Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRMP, HRBP)
