  • Develop innovative design concepts based on creative briefs that are visually compelling and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure cohesive execution of visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Engage with global teams to understand diverse retail environments and create merchandising solutions that communicate a unified brand message.
  • Oversee the complete execution of visual merchandising projects, managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Analyze competitive trends to design standout shelf displays that promote new product launches.
  • Create a variety of visual assets for global launches, seasonal programs, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain graphic templates and guidelines for regional adaptation.
  • Render visual concepts to illustrate graphic layouts in context.
  • Participate in meetings to present design concepts and provide updates on project statuses.
  • Design and implement unique merchandising units tailored to specific seasonal needs.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in visual merchandising and retail design.

Qualifications:

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or related fields.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and SketchUp.
  • Experience in designing visual displays, including tester and gondola designs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and innovative, with a solid understanding of 3D design principles.
