Job Title: Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our digital design team at Photon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, branding, and user experience, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and articulate the creative vision for our global digital platform, ensuring alignment with our overall brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead the design team in the creation of visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences, including website design, user interfaces, and digital content.
  • Ensure that all creative outputs are consistent with our brand's visual identity and tone of voice, maintaining a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and development, to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into creative concepts and designs.
  • Oversee the development of user experience and interaction design, ensuring that our platform is intuitive, accessible, and optimized for a global audience.
  • Stay current with digital design trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas and techniques into our platform's design.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably as a Creative Director or similar.
  • Extensive experience with digital design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and others.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital platforms.
  • Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, with experience leading UX/UI projects for digital platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
