Production Manager

As a Production Manager at Lennar Mortgage, you will be responsible for managing a satellite branch office and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share, service, and profits.
- Lead and mentor a team of Loan Officers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor lender programs and requirements to ensure compliance and optimize business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Loan Officers to provide training, sales support, and coaching to drive business growth.
- Provide coaching and promote a professional team effort to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, escrow, division escrow coordinators, design centers, and sales agents to ensure seamless communication and information exchange.
- Prospect new business opportunities through daily lead generation and follow-up with borrowers via telephone and email.
- Originate new loans in accordance with the Loan Officer agreement, ensuring all loans meet the guidelines of the Products and Policies manual.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with borrowers, builders, and realtors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Travel to communities to meet with borrowers and obtain loan applications.
- Package loans for upfront submission and lock all loans with borrowers in accordance with the Secondary Marketing Pricing and Rate Lock Policies and Procedures manual.
- Compile missing data on loan applications and maintain reports to ensure complete exchange of information regarding loan status, monthly projected closings, commission, and expense reports.
- Conduct weekly pipeline meetings with processors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Three years of mortgage lending experience, including originating, processing, closing, and underwriting FHA/VA/Conventional loans.
- At least one year of full-charge supervisory/management experience.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work.
- Four-year college degree (preferred).
- Valid driver's license.
