Position Overview

The Benefits Coordinators Corporation (BCC) is a prominent third-party administrator specializing in employee benefits, dedicated to providing exceptional services that enhance our clients' employee benefit programs. We are currently seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage billing and administrative tasks related to COBRA and various benefits plans.
  • Facilitate enrollments, update insurance carriers, manage status changes, and oversee documentation related to insurability and carrier communications.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of relevant office experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial.
