About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless operations at our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and guests
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including facilities, amenities, and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve member experiences and drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
