We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. As a Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibilities will include receiving shipments, assembling products, fulfilling orders, and preparing items for shipment. This role is a full-time position during the first shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming products, materials, and supplies.
  • Unload shipments and organize stock in the warehouse.
  • Interpret work orders and specifications accurately.
  • Pack and prepare products for outgoing shipments.
  • Monitor and update the status of shipments as they move through the logistics process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address any shipping or packaging challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 1-4+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or receiving.
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter data accurately.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.

Applicants must be proficient in reading and interpreting work instructions in English, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a professional demeanor. Reliability and punctuality are essential for this critical support role. The position requires the physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds.
