Automation Technology Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Technology Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing the value of our AI-Powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and nurture client relationships while highlighting the value of our technology solutions.
- Apply solution-selling techniques to engage with decision-makers, assess and qualify opportunities, and establish enduring partnerships.
- Oversee the full sales process, from handling RFI/RFP responses to meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with our sales ecosystem to develop and execute sales campaigns, ultimately leading to the growth of the sales pipeline.
- Tech sales experience, actively acquiring new clients and partners.
- Experience partnering with ISV, outsourcing, or consulting firms to build joint go-to-market solutions that provide a positive ROI for both parties.
- Ability to convey tech solutions, effectively articulating the business and financial impact of tech solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating engaging and influential communication and presentation abilities.
- Automation knowledge, expertise in the Automation/FinOps market to serve as a trusted client advisor (training on IBM's Automation offerings will be provided).
