Job Summary:
The Healthcare Provider Relations Specialist is a prominent role within the healthcare sales domain, tasked with cultivating essential market relationships and executing healthcare provider engagement initiatives that foster the growth of our practices.
Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison to identify and establish collaborative partnerships with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physician groups, and hospital systems through regular sales outreach.
Engagement activities encompass direct healthcare sales, physician outreach, development of referral relationships, coordination of care between healthcare entities, and researching high-level specialist options for Airrosti patients.
The Specialist will also contribute to formulating market strategies and sales plans to enhance Airrosti's presence in their designated region. Success will be gauged by the increase in new patient acquisitions and overall provider schedule utilization.
As part of the onboarding and training process, this role will assist in supporting employer engagement events and health fairs throughout the year.

Compensation & Benefits:
$50,000-$60,000 annually (additional compensation may be available for candidates with 5+ years of direct healthcare sales experience) plus potential for quarterly bonuses.
