Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced Tax Associate who is passionate about providing exceptional tax services. This full-time, permanent role presents an exciting chance to collaborate with a vibrant team of tax professionals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze intricate tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
  • Assist in crafting tax planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive tax research and offer advisory services.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage fiduciary trust accounts and provide estate tax planning guidance.
  • Collaborate with the tax team to enhance tax accounting practices.
  • Handle tax audits and negotiate with tax authorities on behalf of clients.
  • Stay informed on current tax practices and legislative changes.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering strong client relationships.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 10 years of progressive experience in tax preparation.
  • CPA or EA certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of tax codes and compliance procedures.
  • Experience in estate and wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and teamwork.

  • Familiarity with fiduciary trust accounts and estate tax planning is advantageous.
